RMA and more - MaxPoint’s RMA Service

Repair Service at Maxpoint:
Do you have a claim due to a defect, wrong delivery, or similar reasons?
In order to get your warranty claims processed, please always contact your vendor resp. supplier first. He/ she is your direct contact person for claims arising from the purchase contract.
In exceptional situations (for instance, if the vendor/ supplier goes bankrupt), please contact us directly. We will solve your problem quickly. In such cases, as well as when sending in merchandise for repair, please send the Maxpoint item directly to us without requesting an RMA number.

Please attach:
1. a copy of your invoice
2. a delivery note with your address, delivery note number and error description
3. on the address sticker the following note: RMA DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

In order to do this, an RMA number is still required in any case. Please understand that credits are processed by us only subject to this condition. In these cases, please always apply for an RMA number via Internet, via Fax or telephone.

After filling out and sending the application for an RMA number, we will contact you immediately via e-mail and tell you the RMA number as well as the Processing Guidelines. During the process, the delivery note and reference number serves as an internal identifier of your merchandise, in order to inform you about the processing status at your request.
